Chapter 6:
Ratliff's pov *8 months later*
Rydel and I were crazy in love, and it had only been a bit! Tonight, for Rydel's 21st birthday, I was taking her to her first club. It was gonna be so fun!! "ready Del?" I asked. "i guess...." She said. "don't be nervous, i'll stay with you the whole time." And we were off. Once we got to the club, Rydel saw the room, and ran to the bathroom. Ignoring the fact it was a girl's bathroom, I ran in. "El, i came in here so no boys could get to me!" She shivered. "it's OK, i'm not gonna hurt you. Lets go out and dance, what do ya say?" I prodded. "fine. but just a little bit."
An hour later, I was driving a tipsy Rydel home to her family. "night del. Hope you had fun." I said. "I did....thanks for the fun time." She breathed in my face. "be careful.." I warned as i let her into the house I called my second home. I hoped she was gonna be OK.
Later that night I texted her. "Hey delly, feelin ok?" I asked. "i have a headache." "Hangover." I said. "yeah...never again!!" I laughed. "so want to come to Hershey Park with my family tomorrow?" She asked. "sure!" I said. Little did I know that would be the last time I saw them...
